Administrator
The interview was pretty fast and easy. I applied for one role but ended up getting an offer for something else. It was an okay process for someone just starting out.
- Can you tell me about your internship experience?
Administrator
i received a call from HR, had some talk like a mini phone call interview. Then got an email and call for a face-to-face interview. The first face-to-face interview was with HR for about half an hour. After that, a face-to-face interview with 2 managers for about 1.5 hours. Finished everything around 11 something a.m. At 5 p.m. HR called me and told me that I got the job and talked about collecting the offer letter.
- What has been the biggest failure in your life?
Administrator
It was a straightforward 2-round interview process. The first round was with HR to verify my experience, and the second was with the direct manager who asked technical and scenario-based questions.
- Can you discuss your experience fostering an inclusive culture?
- How do you manage when faced with tight deadlines?
- Describe a past experience related to administrative tasks.
