The interview questions were good and relevant to the role. The interviewer was very professional. It was a hybrid interview and they were flexible. I felt I did well. The whole process took about an hour. I received feedback about 2 weeks after the interview, and the onboarding process is going smoothly.

Applied through LinkedIn and got contacted by HR 3 days later. They requested a last-minute interview session for Saturday, having contacted me on Friday evening. I asked to reschedule, but the HR person was quite rude. Nevertheless, I attended the interview. They didn't mention the working hours would be 3 PM to 12 AM Malaysia time. They offered many allowances. The interview with the Director of the FA department went well, and I was confirmed for the position. After a week, I contacted HR for feedback, and they said they'd provide the results next week. After 3 weeks of no update, despite contacting and emailing them, they ignored me. The HR team showed VERY RUDE AND POOR MANAGEMENT; at least they could have updated candidates on their interview status.
