Project Manager
The interview process was faster than I expected for a large agency network. I had my first interview and subsequent ones within two weeks of each other. It was a pleasure talking to everyone, and they all seemed to know their responsibilities well.
- Can you discuss your experience and how it aligns with the requirements outlined in the job posting?
Project Manager
The phone interview felt rushed, like they just wanted to get through it. The manager interview was better but she didn't seem ready for my questions. I waited a week for a response, and when I didn't get one, I followed up with my recruiter. He told me the job was on hold, which sounded really strange. It felt like a waste of my time.
- Can you tell me about your experience with forecasting and resourcing?
Project Manager
I went through three interviews that were professional, friendly, and long. They mentioned I'd be a great addition and talked about start dates, but then I was ghosted. It was disappointing after putting in significant time and effort with the hiring managers.
