I had two interviews. The first was a technical overview to check that I knew everything on my resume, which was pretty easy and nothing insane. It lasted about 1 hour. The second was a vibe check / behavioral interview, lasting about 30 minutes.

The first interview was over a video call and seemed very standard. They went through my resume and asked about experience and relative coursework, lots of the questions followed STAR format. I then did an in person interview which felt less formal as everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They asked more about me and a few simple questions to see my thought process on basic engineering concepts.
