Behavioral Technical

First 'interview' was an email asking basic questions like legal information, clearance and degree level, desired salary range, ability to relocate without assistance, contact information, and years of previous experience. Second interview was a panel interview over Zoom with the manufacturing engineering hiring manager and his team consisting of 4 other people. They asked basic technical and behavioral questions in STAR formatting. I was the last candidate they interviewed; they told me they would get back to me within a week but an offer was sent hours later.
