First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Raytheon.
Financial Analyst
I went through two interviews back to back. They were mainly behavioral questions. The interviewers were nice, friendly and easy to talk to. They gave me an offer a week later which was fair. I turned it down because I wasn't that interested in A&D and I already got an offer from a bulge bank.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Financial Analyst
It was a straightforward interview process. I spoke with a senior analyst and someone from HR. They used STAR questions and also asked about my fit with the company culture. HR got back to me quickly after. The interviewers were really nice and easy to chat with.
- Tell me about your motivation for applying to this specific company.
