There were 5 rounds in total. The first two rounds were fit-based interviews. The last three rounds were technical. The final round was a superday where I met with senior members of the team at their offices, and it was more fit-based. It was a pretty standard banking recruiting process.

I had 3 phone interviews. They were professional and direct. The conversations were really good. I didn't make it to the second round, but I felt good about it. I spoke with a team lead and two managers. They asked about my background and experience, and they also gave me plenty of time to ask them questions.

The interview process was pretty standard. I interviewed over Zoom and heard back within a couple of weeks. This is really typical for any type of finance job out of college. The whole thing took about three rounds.
