So after you apply on their website, a recruiter will look over your resume and then probably give you a call to chat about your background and if you're interested. Then, you'll likely have a technical phone interview with someone on the engineering team. They'll want to check out your tech skills, how you solve problems, and if you get the software engineering stuff. Expect questions about algorithms, data structures, and maybe the tech mentioned in the job description. They might also ask some behavioral questions to see how you fit in.

The whole interview process is not quite smooth nor pleasant. First, the HR doesn't respond to emails quickly, so I had to call to confirm the phone interview time. It took me two months from applying to getting an onsite opportunity. During the onsite interview, things were disorganized; I was told to go to different offices to meet people. Some interviewers were on the phone with others while I was there. Some interviews seemed randomly scheduled. It didn't seem like a professional process. After the onsite, HR didn't respond to emails about follow-up.

So there were two phone screens, first a 30 min technical one where you can't really ask questions, then a manager chat where there's more of a back and forth. After those, there'd be a longer in-person interview.
