So first there was 1 HR interview, then we had a selective networking event where they invited 50 people and 20 were selected for the assessment centre (AC). From the AC, 10-12 people were given offers. Then for the AC itself, there were 2 MD interviews plus a group case study.

This was an off-cycle full-time hire process. It had 3 rounds plus a super day. The first round was a 15-30 min phone call with an analyst, it was super chill and didn't really touch on finance or the job. The second round was a 2 on 1 with easy technical questions from the guide. After that, I went to their DC office for a superday.

I had a great experience with the Toronto team. The interview process was engaging and pleasant. The interviewers were not only kind but also very smart and professional. They asked technical questions, but they were never too difficult or overwhelming. The focus was more on assessing my skills and understanding of the role, rather than testing me with overly tough challenges. The team was incredibly friendly, which made the entire experience more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I felt that the atmosphere was collaborative, and everyone seemed genuinely supportive and eager to see how I could contribute. It was a positive and welcoming environment, and I'm excited about the possibility of working with such a great group of people.
