I applied online and got a call for a pre-screen phone chat. Then I talked to HR about general questions and salary. After that, I had an all-day thing with team leaders, including testing, lunch, and interviews. It was in the bank and I met some smart, confident senior managers. RJF is a good place to start, but there's a big difference between experienced and junior staff. Lots of opportunities and better pay for experienced hires.
