It was a virtual interview with no person. I had to record my answers on webcam and only had one chance to answer the question within the time frame given.

I did an online interview, and it was alright. There was an introduction video that said I had two tries for taking my video, but in reality, there was only one try. You really need to be sure to prepare. Also, you don't have a lot of time to talk and answer the questions, so it was definitely more overwhelming.

I got in touch with the recruiter via email and they set up an interview with the office managers. I had several interviews with the office managers. They were very nice but took a long time to get back to me in between interviews. They also made it seem like they really liked me and even wanted me to visit the office but kept putting off the decision. After the third interview, I decided not to continue because it felt like they were just stringing me along.
