Quick and easy process. Interview with HR, Hiring Manager, and VP. They sometimes have you interview with other people that you would be working with. It was harder than others, but really it isn't bad.

The interview was over the phone since I wasn't in Florida at the time. The hiring manager started by introducing himself, his experience, and how he came to lead the team I was interviewing for. He then asked me to share my background and some of my main achievements from previous jobs. He provided more details about the job because the description wasn't very detailed and I was the first person they were interviewing for the position. I discussed my past experiences that related to the role's duties, and then we moved on to a Q&A session.

I got a call asking for a good time to chat with HR. We then had a 20 minute call on the day we picked. They asked the normal stuff like why I'd be a good fit and if I had a financial background. They also asked about a tough meeting I had and how I dealt with it.
