Behavioral Technical Other

I had a phone chat with HR, which involved a lot of behavioral questions. They also sent me an email to do a personality test. About a week later, I got a call to set up an onsite interview. The interview with the hiring manager went well, and it covered both behavioral questions and me explaining my background. Right after the onsite, HR called me back for an accounting test and more interviews. The third round was super technical. They said they'd decide in a few days, but I never heard back.
