First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Raya.
Graduate Student
It's all about who you know here, literally nepotism. Hiring is based on connections, not qualifications. They just glance over your resume and look at you blankly.
- Tell me about a past challenge you overcame.
Graduate Program
The interview process has 4 stages. The first stage is a group interview where they ask general questions about your CV and experiences. The second stage is a group assessment with an aptitude test and a group discussion. The third stage is skill-based, focusing on your chosen route. The final stage involves a presentation to the CEO of the subsidiary you'll be working for.
- Could you please introduce yourself and share some details about your background?
Graduate Program
It was a group interview with 4 other people and two HR interns/Risers interviewing us. They asked us why we picked the track we picked, and they asked random questions about our CVs. Lastly, each one of us had a personalized question. Total 3 questions.
- Why did you choose the track you are interested in?
- Can you tell us more about your CV?
- We have a personalized question for you.
