Data Analyst
This was the worst interview experience ever. It was so unprofessional and the interviewer was clearly biased, seeming to conduct interviews just to meet a quota rather than to actually fill a position. I would not consider interviewing here again unless the HR team undergoes a complete overhaul.
- Could you tell me which university you graduated from?
Intern
it was a super long interview process, took them like months to get back to us, we were told we'd start in 8 but ended up starting a month later. they also promised us a job offer after the training, but we got nothing at all. the training itself was just a bunch of courses.
- Can you tell me about your weaknesses?
Graduate Program
The interview process has 4 stages. The first stage is a group interview where they ask general questions about your CV and experiences. The second stage is a group assessment with an aptitude test and a group discussion. The third stage is skill-based, focusing on your chosen route. The final stage involves a presentation to the CEO of the subsidiary you'll be working for.
- Could you please introduce yourself and share some details about your background?
Research Associate
First, there was a quick chat with HR, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The interview focused on fundamental analysis, including how to analyze stocks, the reasoning behind specific methodologies, basic stock knowledge, and keeping up with market news.
- Tell me about your favorite stocks and what makes them interesting.
- What's your approach to analyzing stocks?
- Could you explain why you'd choose certain methodologies for stock analysis?
