The first interview was a screening, then a panel interview. One person didn't show up for the first round. We had a 24-hour writing test to do between the interviews. After the interviews, there was a 4-month wait with no contact from HR.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

There was an intro call, then a call with 2 senior team members, and then a writing assignment. The second phone interview was kinda confusing, I wasn't sure if it was a real interview or just another chat to get info. Also wasn't clear on the exact position I was being considered for.

Behavioral Technical Group Presentation

I applied online and luckily had a personal connection at the company. I had a chat with who I think would be my manager, which was fine, nothing too strange. I did get the vibe they might have been looking for a research coordinator more than an actual analyst for managing research databases and resources, but I was open to seeing how it went. The plan was for at least one more round, a panel interview to meet the team I'd be working with to find research resources. But I never heard back. I suspect I didn't get the job because they relisted the position about a month after I applied.

Behavioral Other

I applied online and got called in for an in-person interview. What they didn't tell me was that the interview would last over 90 minutes and that I would be meeting with multiple people. So I was thrown off guard completely. The interview, thankfully, went fine and I was told I would hear back soon. I was then contacted to complete a writing test, afterwhich I was asked to come back in for another interview. It was the same format where I met with 3 people and prepared accordingly. I thought it went great when they asked me to come in yet again for a "final round" with 2 additional people. Again, the interview went well and they said they would contact my references and get back to me. Then I hear that Melissa contacted my reference (my mentor) and left an incredibly rude message on his phone as if it was his fault that he couldn't pick up the phone then. My mentor proceeded to call and email her to set up a time to chat. He never heard back. They didn't even contact my other references and I never heard from them. I emailed them to follow up especially since I had to interview with 8 different people. They didn't even have the audacity to respond to let me know I didn't get it. This place isn't worth your time and their office feels like a place people go to become professionally and emotionally drained. There also wasn't a lick of diversity.
