Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rappi.
Product Lead
It was a good interview. Straightforward. They quickly assessed my knowledge and cultural fit. The process was challenging. I don't know what else I can add. I think I made it.
- Product lifecycle
- Biggest challenge
- 10-year vision
Product Manager
First, a cultural fit chat with HR, where they asked about your experience and industry knowledge, and verified your LinkedIn. Then, an interview with the direct manager, followed by an interview with a colleague and the tech lead. Finally, an interview with HR again before they extended an offer.
- Could you describe the product lifecycle?
- What is your level of English proficiency?
- How do you validate business opportunities?
Product Manager
Initial video call interview, very practical and direct. It was conducted in English with someone from Bogotá. After passing this stage, you have to do a case study, which isn't presented if you don't advance to the next stage. My feedback was only that they decided to proceed with other candidates. I think it could have been a bit more detailed, given the significant time invested in the case study.
- Tell me about a significant delivery you managed as a Product Manager and explain why it was important.
