Intern
vacano 10-10, the interviewer I liked and my leader better, and well it was a good experience, they gave me physical tests, they assigned me to automation with katalon and android as a test emulator etc
- Lots of technical things and well I answered

The hiring process is just for show; they only consider your university. In a selection I participated in, someone who was applying with me was from FGV and was only there to fill space. They even said they didn't want the position because they were focused on the financial market. We talked between stages, and they told me, 'I don't know how I'm passing; I'm doing everything carelessly.' In the end, they received an offer (but didn't accept it because they got what they wanted) and I didn't. Observing the other interns selected, they were all from the top universities in São Paulo: ESPM, FGV, USP... To 'improve' the experience, part of the selection is a case study where you have to 'suggest' something for the company. They bring in over 100 people for this stage, barely evaluate it, and just take the ideas to integrate internally. We sign an agreement when submitting. Many people who reached this case stage and submitted didn't even do the presentation. In my case, I actually presented, they praised it, and I never got a response; I was left in eternal limbo. Terrible selection process. If this is how it is for an intern, which is 'entry-level,' imagine how it must be for more senior roles.
- No extraordinary questions were asked, nothing surprising or outside the traditional scope.
Intern
