Project Manager
So, the first thing was a call with the recruiter, and then I had an interview with the Hiring Manager. After that, it was supposed to be an interview with the team members. But, like, I didn't even get to the second round because the interviewer went on PTO. When they got back, I sent an email to follow up, but I never heard anything back.
- Can you tell me about your experience with Workfront?
- Have you worked in the automotive industry before?
Project Manager Intern
I applied via my university's career site and was quickly contacted by the HR Director. They explained the company and asked some basic background questions. Due to me studying abroad, we scheduled Skype interviews for the following days. I had separate Skype interviews with a Senior Project Manager and the Director of Project Management, along with another Senior Project Manager and the Head of Delivery. The interviewers were all very approachable, giving me a good feel for the company culture and increasing my interest. The entire process was swift, with prompt responses from HR, leading to an internship offer within a week. It was a great experience, and I'd highly recommend RAPP.
- Can you describe your work style?
- What is your motivation for applying to RAPP?
- What interests you about project management?
Project Manager
I was contacted by an internal recruiter who said I'd be scheduled for the next interview ASAP, but then nothing followed up. A different internal recruiter reached out, I shared my experience, and she said it was unacceptable. She then said she'd get me scheduled ASAP for the next round, but again, nothing. I was ghosted twice.
- Tell me about your experience.
- What are your standard recruiter screen questions?
