Terrible interview process. I had 2 interviews scheduled. First one in late 2024, the initial phone call with the recruiter was missed, then rescheduled, then went well and I was told about next steps…then completely ghosted. Sent 4 follow up emails and never heard back. Happened again recently, early 2025. Sent an interview and never got a call, followed up and never heard back. Ghosted again. Even if there’s been progress on another lead or the role has been filled, at least have the decency to share that info so I’m not hanging on. Do better HR/recruiting department!

It was a 2 stage process, both informal chats. First was with a GAD, and the second with an AM and an AD. There weren't any formal tasks, it was more like a conversation to see if I would fit.
