The interview process was pretty smooth and easy. It involved three interviews total. The first interview was with the recruiter, who checked my background and explained the position. It took about 30 minutes. It's important to have a good understanding of their product, so research the website well.

The interview process was really good, informative and clear about where the internship could go. It started with one phone call, and if I did well, I moved on to a video call.

Behavioral Technical

The initial phase was a 30-minute phone call to get acquainted and learn about the company. It was a good experience overall, with the interviewer asking questions and showing interest in my background. The next stage involved a meeting with a manager. This was intended to understand the candidate better, but I feel the company could improve by having more experienced interviewers. My interviewer asked only two subjective questions and then proceeded to explain what the 'correct' answers should have been. He spent a lot of time boasting about his own career and belittling mine, showing little genuine interest in me as an applicant. He ended the interview abruptly by hanging up. His attitude was condescending, and he suggested that everyone's career path should mirror his. He seemed to judge my resume based on prestige and implied I wasn't qualified or wouldn't succeed in the roles I applied for, which made me question why I was even interviewed. It felt like a disrespectful and demeaning experience.
