Sales Development Representative
After contacting an employee, I was contacted by a recruiter for a short initial call (in English). In this step, primarily general topics like: Why Rapid7? Why changing jobs? What are my expectations? In the second round with 3 people (different managers), I had to introduce myself personally as part of a presentation (English), then give a product presentation (topic and info material were provided), and finally, there was a Q&A session for my questions and theirs.
- What are our clients' challenges and how can we solve them for them?
Sales Development Representative
I applied through a referral from someone currently in an SDR role. The process started with a phone screen with the hiring manager. Then, I had a Zoom interview with an Account Executive. Finally, there was an in-office interview where I met with two SDRs and one manager.
- What motivates you to pursue a career in sales?
- What specifically about Rapid7 interests you?
- Can you discuss your key strengths and areas where you need to improve?
Sales Development Representative
The interview process was quick and fast. I got my offer within 2 rounds of interviews. It was the fastest process for an SDR role ever. The interview was straightforward and I got to know the team beforehand, which is good.
