Applied online and heard back the next day from a recruiter. The call went over the job details. Then, I was sent a quick personality quiz and tests for typing speed (min 30 WPM) and math/critical thinking, all to be done within 48 hours. After finishing those, I got an invite for a virtual interview a couple of days later. The interview was with a recruiter or manager and focused on my resume and past work history, mostly in security, dispatch, and management. It was like they wanted me to verbally explain my resume. The interview was about 30 minutes. I was told I'd hear back in 3-5 business days, and got a denial email on Monday.

First interview was a phone screening where we talked about pay, my experience, what I was looking for, and a quick rundown of benefits and scheduling. Then, there was a second interview that involved a supervised 3-minute typing test (gotta hit 30 wpm to pass) and a personality test. This was done over Zoom with the same recruiter from the first call. The third interview was a Microsoft Teams meeting with an HR Representative. They asked me what made me want to apply to this position and why I chose this company. We then reviewed my resume, confirming the timeline of my past jobs. I was also asked to describe my responsibilities in those roles and explain why I left each one. The final interview, Interview 4, was a Microsoft Teams meeting with the President/Co-Founder, Mr. Atkins. He was really kind and laid-back, making it the best interview I've ever had. We briefly went over my resume and just had a super relaxed and enjoyable conversation.

I applied through Indeed and heard back a week later with an email to apply on their website. After reapplying, I got a call a week later for a phone interview. It was pretty basic, just asking how I found out about Rapid and why I was interested in working there. Then, I was scheduled for an in-person interview the very next day, with very little notice. During the in-person interview, I had to take a typing test and a personality test. Afterward, a woman who didn't seem very engaged asked me the same questions from the phone interview. I was told I'd get a decision within 2-3 days, but I didn't hear back. I called a few days later and the same woman said she didn't know and that someone would call me. A few days after that, I got an email.
