The interview was quite smooth, although having 5 people in the room made it a bit uncomfortable to present myself. Also, the position was advertised for Marketing, but the duties were very administrative, which doesn't seem like a Marketing role with these responsibilities.

Behavioral Technical

It was a lengthy process with many steps, and they didn't make it clear what the actual duties of the job would be. On the first day, nobody even met me at the reception, and a random colleague had to get me. For the first month, I had no idea what my tasks were, who to contact, I couldn't access SAP, and nobody informed other departments that I was supposed to be handling those matters. Back to the interview, the most memorable part was that they didn't clearly explain what I would face. They only talked fantasically about how activities would be in a perfect world... They forgot to mention that they hadn't even structured this role or aligned its activities with other areas of the company.
