The interview process was good, but the response time is slow. I interviewed in December and it's already January, and I haven't received any positive or negative feedback, which makes it a bit difficult because sometimes we really need the job.

The interview happened at the factory with the production supervisor. It lasted about 30 minutes and was very direct, mainly asking about schedule availability, previous experience, and teamwork willingness. The vibe was relaxed, and the interviewer explained the job's daily tasks.

Behavioral Technical Other

After an initial process of about 8 stages on Gupy for the Corporate Purchasing Project Analyst position - Automotive Vertical, including a group interview, I was called for a second in-person interview with the manager (I had already done an online one) on 11/21. I introduced myself, talked about my experience, and heard more details about the role until the manager asked about my salary expectations. I mentioned a range, and after that, he asked what my minimum value would be, without even telling me about benefits so I could analyze better. I stated the value, and he said that perhaps they could hire someone unemployed who would accept working for less (how absurd!!!!). So, the criteria isn't experience and qualifications???? I left thinking if I would really work there (with this manager) if they called me...

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The hiring process took about 2 months and had around 14 stages. I made it to the final round with the technical team, and after that, I got a canned response on Gupy. When I asked for feedback, I wasn't answered. I don't know if this was just my experience, but after spending countless hours preparing a presentation and taking tests, receiving a pre-written response felt disrespectful.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • In the first interview, you were asked to introduce yourself, and in the second interview, it was more focused on your knowledge of technical processes.
