It was a quick interview process. I was hired and started working not long after. I actually filled a few different roles before I got to do any actual cashier work. I interviewed with the person at the front desk and then with a few managers. The process wasn't difficult because they really needed someone right away.

I applied online and sent in my resume. Then they sent a message asking me to call and set up an interview time. I had a one-on-one interview with the Store manager and the head baker. The people were professional and friendly. They asked about teamwork, taking directions, and commitment to a 4:00 am start time. I surprised them by asking them questions about how they handled situations on teams when they arose, what they would do differently given the opportunity, and how open they were to suggestions for improvement. I think those questions put them off of me as a selection. They wanted someone just to be a baker but not much else.
