Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rand Construction.
Project Manager
Interviewed with the VP and Director via video and in person. They invited me to the office for a tour. It seemed like a great opportunity but the timing was bad.
- What are your 5-year career goals?
Project Manager
I had a Skype call with two people from Rand. It was a pretty relaxed and informative chat. The interviewers were easy-going but still managed to cover the important points professionally. If they like me and I like them, there will be a second interview.
- Can you tell us about yourself?
- Could you walk us through your work experience?
- Tell us about your academic background.
Project Manager
It was an easy interview with the office director. They talked a bit about themselves and the company. They also wanted to learn about me and my interests. I had one virtual meeting and then one in-person meeting.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
