The first call with the recruiter was easy. The hiring manager told me that we'd be in touch next week, but after almost 5 weeks, I haven't heard anything back.

I had a Skype call with two people from Rand. It was a pretty relaxed and informative chat. The interviewers were easy-going but still managed to cover the important points professionally. If they like me and I like them, there will be a second interview.

Behavioral Other

The interview process included a standard phone screening followed by an in-person interview. However, the in-person interview felt rushed, and the interviewers didn't seem engaged. As a result, I never received any follow-up. For context, the company has a strict in-office policy and does not mandate masks.

Behavioral Technical

It started with a quick phone chat with the HR director, mostly to go over my resume and ask some basic things. Then, about two weeks later, I went to their Alexandria office for an interview that went for about an hour and a half. I met with the hiring manager and an assistant project manager, who would be my potential team. They asked me about my construction background, my education, and how I approach teamwork.
