The process was quite thorough, which I appreciated. I'd applied for a different role before and had a decent experience, but this time was totally different. The recruiter took over a week to reply at each step, even though that wasn't expected, and after several rounds, they sent a generic email without any feedback. It was a much worse experience and didn't seem to align with how the company usually operates.

I got through the first 2 phone interviews and then they decided they were looking for someone with more experience. Both interviews were pretty much the same, asking basic questions about me, my past job experiences, and they talked a lot about their company culture. Overall, I liked the process and wish I had made it further!

I interviewed with Ramsey Solutions for a Project Manager role, but I opted out because I wasn't ready to work onsite. I had been working remotely for my own company abroad for the past 2 years, so I decided to withdraw. Otherwise, I'd suggest applying to Ramsey Solutions. I've heard good things about working there and met some great leaders. If you're near Nashville or Franklin, you should totally go for it.
