It was a pretty involved process. I actually took another job before I even finished up with this one because they require you to speak with at least five different people. All in all, it was a decent experience, but I thought the first couple of interviews were not really needed.

Applied online and heard back pretty fast. The first chat was about personality stuff, like my traits. They asked about my typical week and what I knew about Dave Ramsey, and if running the business on Biblical values was an issue. Honestly, weird questions, but it seemed they were looking for people who could be influenced or fit in. The interviewer was super into Dave Ramsey, which felt a bit cult-like. I was okay until that part. I later saw stuff online about former employees and the drama. They also had me take a personality test, which was basically a rehash of common tests. Even though I've followed Dave Ramsey for a long time, I realized it wasn't the place for me. I eventually got an email saying they were looking at other candidates. The whole thing from applying to rejection took about 4 weeks.

They started with a typical screening from HR over the phone, followed by a 30-minute interview. Then, another HR interview happened where they asked some really personal and inappropriate questions. By the time I got to the hiring manager, I felt like they had already made up their mind because of my answers to those personal questions.
