I was referred in by a connection at the company. A lot of energy was put into determining if I was a good cultural fit. It was a long process that I didn't continue with. The company seems to hire like-minded people, and making necessary changes to grow the business would be difficult. Not sure if they are ready for the next stage, or if they want it.

The interview process is long and intense, but overall very friendly and not intimidating. It started with two phone interviews, one with HR and then one with the hiring manager, before I was brought into the office. The HR interview explained the process and included some screening questions. While the whole thing took a while, nothing was a surprise. Then, I had 3 separate in-person interviews over about 4 weeks. After that, I came in and interviewed with 5 or 6 people in one day. This was followed by a spousal interview where my spouse and I went to lunch with the team leader and their spouse. This group is very careful when hiring, and while it leads to great results in the workplace, it's tough during the interview process, especially if you're looking to switch jobs quickly. There's also an online personality test you can take at home, which is simple and takes about 15-20 minutes.

The interview process seemed professional, but I was surprised by the "value" discussion. They shared their values, which have religious roots. Then they asked questions about not having sex before marriage, which is apparently one of their values. They ended the conversation after I didn't want to disclose that information, stating I wasn't a good fit. It seems discriminatory and a bit cult-y with super specific workplace culture/values. Don't waste your time interviewing if you're not religious and don't agree with everything Dave says. There doesn't seem to be much diversity of thought allowed at this company.
