I applied online on a Tuesday and got a call back from HR on Wednesday for an initial phone screen. Having a good internal reference really helped me get the interview. The process involved a phone screen with the recruiter, a get-to-know-you call with the team Director, an online skills assessment (Excel), and then a video conference with the team Director and Asst. Director. I think I was a good personality fit and had strong experience, but I didn't do great on the Excel assessment, which probably hurt my chances.

I have over 20 years of experience with people and teams, but the interviewer seemed young and inexperienced, almost fake. She talked more than she asked questions, and the few questions she did ask were based on her own assumptions. It feels like they're missing out on good candidates because of inexperienced and judgmental recruiters. Based on other reviews, I might have dodged a bullet.

I had a short call over the phone. The person I spoke with was really nice and friendly. They kept me updated throughout the process, even to let me know they weren't moving forward, which I really appreciated instead of just being ignored.
