I was contacted by a consultant, and the whole thing took about a week. First, there was a telephonic screening. Then, a technical interview focused on SQL Server and its processes, where they asked basic SQL questions. The final round was behavioral, covering my past experiences, how I handled situations, and my strengths and weaknesses. Honestly, the last round felt like a formality since they'd already made their decision during the technical interview. Definitely try to negotiate the salary well.

First, there was a written test conducted at campus. After about two to three weeks, the candidates who got shortlisted were called for an interview at the Ramco Office in Chennai. The interview wasn't very technical because of the nature of the role. The next day, candidates who were shortlisted from that interview were called for one more interview. This one felt more like a personality check interview. The overall experience was really good, and interviewers were friendly, as I heard from my friends who attended with me.

I put in my application online. The HR person called me and we talked about my career history. She also suggested some jobs that would be a good fit for me. After I agreed and sent my resume again, I had an interview with a Senior Director. We talked about my functional and overall experience. Then, I had a short interview with a Senior Vice President where he asked for my general overview.
