First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ramboll.
Intern
They asked questions from my resume and asked me to talk more about them. They also gave me the job description during the interview. Technical questions might be asked or not. It's better if you know your school stuff beforehand.
- Can you tell me about the design competition and your role in it?
- Could you elaborate on your resume points?
- What are your thoughts on the job description provided?
Student Assistant
It was a relaxed and informal chat about my skills and what I wanted to get out of this position. Overall, it was a really nice and casual experience.
- What are your learning goals for this role?
Student Assistant
Got contacted for an interview two weeks after submitting my application. The interview was a 30 minutes initial screening, mostly with resume questions and why I wanted to work there. Afterwards, I got an invitation for a case study to do at home within a 1,5 hour timeframe. It consisted of a 3-4 pages report of a pretend-case from public sector, where the task was to read, summarise three key points, and give a recommendation from the company as a consultant. It was stressful, given the short time, but not overly difficult. After one more week, I got a phone call with a job offer.
- Can you explain why you are a good fit for this role?
- What is your motivation for working here?
