First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ramboll.
CAD Engineer
The interviewers introduced themselves and the company. They walked me through the workflow, how work is divided between teams, and described the day-to-day tasks for this role. After that, I introduced myself and talked about my past experience. They asked me some questions about my previous roles, and I had a chance to ask some questions at the end.
- What aspects of a layout do you find important?
Senior Engineer
It was a 3 stage interview process. First, there was a written interview where I was given a question paper and answer sheets to write my answers. Then, I had a face-to-face interview with the manager, which was a technical round. Finally, there was an HR interview where we discussed my previous employment.
- Can you explain foundation pressure distribution?
- How do you design foundations in different types of soil?
Design Engineer
The interview process includes a written test, a face-to-face interview, and a software test. They offer 3 LPA at the end after asking many irrelevant questions and discussing personal details. They hire financially weak people and pay very little even for master's degree holders, making it hard to survive in the city.
- What are your personal details?
