This interview was a complete waste of time. After a very brief initial phone call with HR an interview was arranged with the hiring manager and I was briefed that it would be a discussion around my CV and my experience. The question part of the interview was fine, very general questions about the role and my experience. I then had to complete an Excel test on the first interview which had not been communicated to me prior to call. I was given a huge piece of work to complete in around 30 minutes then feedback on the call. I was told it was disappointing I didn’t finish however my interview latest around 2 hours. I was then told I could complete in my own time and send back. It is completely unfair to put candidates through this and I have never experienced this on a first stage interview.

Started with a phone screen, then had a virtual interview with the manager and HR. The final round was an in-person interview with the manager's manager. We talked about the buying process, pricing strategies, how many buys I've done, how I use data for buying decisions, and my greatest achievement.

Had 3 interviews with the team managers, and they asked pretty straightforward questions. They wanted to know about my past experience and also some more technical stuff, like how to calculate margin and wholesale value. It was a really good experience, and the whole process was quite fast.
