Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ralph Lauren.
Sales
It was a good and calm interview process. The people there are nice and teach you everything, and you will love the team. I really enjoyed working there. You should apply as soon as possible. I really appreciate all the help the team provides me.
- Can you work night shifts?
Sales Professional
It was a pretty standard interview process, with some basic questions. It was a bit boring, but overall it was okay. I wouldn't fully trust them though, they seemed to be untruthful quite a bit. They told me one thing during the interview but then presented a completely different situation later on.
- Can you tell me why you're interested in Ralph Lauren and what your understanding of the brand is?
Sales Representative
The interview process was extremely unprofessional and judgmental. I felt I wasn't evaluated on my skills or qualifications, but instead faced bias. The environment suggested discriminatory hiring, with a clear preference for white candidates. The lack of minority representation in the team's composition and diversity was very noticeable and concerning.
- Can you tell me about your knowledge of Ralph Lauren?
- Could you describe your previous work experience?
- What motivates your interest in working for Ralph Lauren?
