It was three calls, and they were all video phone calls where they wanted to hear about my schooling and work experience. The first call was with a hiring manager, the second with a new hiring manager, and the third call was going to be with my direct manager.

Rally's hiring process from the start to the end was great. It was welcoming, professional, and friendly. They kept me in the loop at every step, letting me know who I'd be talking to, their backgrounds, and the schedule for the on-site. They even provided small helpful details like parking and public transport info. After each meeting, they asked for feedback (Katie was great!) and explained the next steps. It felt like they handled everything meticulously. Even though I had to move to NYC, the role, the people I met, the company perks, and the innovative projects made it a clear choice if I could have stayed.

Applied online and got a response from the recruiter. Interview went well and they were ready to move forward with the next round with the hiring manager. I gave them my availability and didn't hear back for a week. I got an automated email response thanking me for applying. They could have at least told me the position was closed. I have read similar experiences from other candidates on Glassdoor.
