Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Raley's / Bel Air / Nob Hill.
Pharmacy Technician
I applied online and then was called in for an interview about a week later. The interview itself was pretty straightforward and I got a lot of good information. It was very easy to ask questions and I got my answers. They asked about my experience and my schedule availability.
- What is your availability?
- What is your experience level in this field?
Pharmacy Technician
Applied online and got a call the very next day for a technician exam. It was pretty straightforward, but I heard a lot of people don't pass. Make sure to study up on calculations, generics, and pharmacy law beforehand. If you pass the exam, you come back for an interview with the supervisor, who will explain the job details.
- What makes you want to join our team?
Pharmacy Technician
You'll need to take a test and get at least 80% to pass. The test covers brand and generic medications, and there will be a few questions about which meds are C2. Also, make sure to smile a lot during the interview, as that's part of their business model.
- Can you identify brand and generic drug names?
