The process was good and the questions were personality based which made sense given the position. Overall the interview was nice and quick. Only 1 interview for the position was needed with a manager. Afterwards you would receive a call.

It was a pretty short interview, nothing too in-depth. A quick phone chat where they asked some generic questions. They mostly went over the general experience on my resume and asked a couple of questions before asking if I had any questions for them.

After following up on my application, they set up an interview. When I got there, the manager and assistant manager met me. They just sat me in the small office while they stood or leaned on the desk. The questions were pretty basic, almost like they were just checking if I was normal. I went in super professional, but by the end, it felt like I was just talking to a family friend. If you can handle that vibe, you'll get the job.

The interview process was really simple. Two people ran it. The main things they cared about were your availability and if you could pick up shifts when needed. They were nice and focused on soft skills for teamwork and dealing with customers.
