I applied online and they reached out fast. Heads up, this is a commission-based sales job selling office supplies, kind of like The Office! The first interview is with the owner to check out your personality and background. If that goes well, you'll have a second interview with a top performer who explains everything clearly using helpful printouts. The company culture is geared towards young, ambitious people starting their careers. You'll need to be a super hard worker to get anywhere. It's good for building a career and work ethic, but it's not a typical corporate gig, so don't get stuck in it. It does have some similarities to a Devilcorp, but they seem to be one of the better, more organized sales offices in Raleigh. If sales is your thing, check them out before other sales/marketing places.

Had one phone chat and then two in-person meetings. They asked basic things about what makes you tick, your history, and your future goals. I met the CEO for a one-on-one, and then one of the Sales Managers for the other meeting. The questions were pretty similar, though the chat with the sales manager went into more detail.

It was a pretty chill, two-stage interview process. First, I chatted with the head of the company. Then, I had a follow-up chat with some of the senior folks. They were really good about answering my questions and making sure I was comfortable. RMC totally went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued.

It was a super conversational interview process. First, I interviewed with Matt, the CEO, who is very smart and young. Then, the second interview was with a team member, who was also very nice. They primarily asked about my personal goals and what I want out of the job experience.
