First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Raja Software Labs.
iOS Developer
It was 4 rounds, starting with a brief iOS discussion and then focusing on logic building. The first round involved coding 5 questions in Google Docs within an hour. The second round was a technical interview with a bit of iOS discussion and logic building (easy level). The third technical interview also included iOS discussion and logic building (medium level), followed by questions about optimization and dry-running examples.
- Questions about basic logic building, with linear DSA being sufficient, and the choice of language not mattering as they only assess the logic.
- They will inquire about basic logic building, stating that linear DSA is sufficient and that any language can be used as they are solely assessing the logic.
- The interview will involve basic logic building, with linear DSA being enough, and any language can be used since they will only check the logic.

I passed the first round, but unfortunately didn't clear it. The first round was mainly about the tech stack I use, which for me was iOS and Swift concepts. The next round is focused on building large apps.
- Tell me about your experience with the iOS tech stack.
- Can you explain Swift concepts?
- How would you approach building large-scale iOS applications?
iOS Developer
The interview process was fine. They said they were looking for candidates who are best in logic. So as per their requirement, in the first round, they conducted a written test with 5 logical questions and a time limit of 1 hour, in any language. On the result, they marked some syntactical and language errors, which was not expected. Because if you are truly taking these tests to check the logic, then you should only check for logic, not minor syntax or language errors on a program which is written on paper. If you also need that, then start taking tests on computers because actual projects are not going to be written on a piece of paper. Apart from that, everything was fine: company infrastructure, people, and HR were also very supportive.

- Calculate the sum of all digits of any given number.
- Reverse a string preserving word order, not character order.
