First, they screen your resume, portfolio, or application to see if you fit. Then, there's an initial chat (phone or video) to confirm your basic info, availability, communication skills, and interest. Sometimes, there's an assessment or test like a skills test, written assessment, or assignment. After that, there's a technical/skill-based interview focusing on your knowledge and problem-solving. Next, a managerial/behavioral interview with a team lead or manager to check teamwork, adaptability, strengths/weaknesses, and cultural fit. The final round involves salary discussion, company policies, and confirming your interest, which might just be a formality before the offer. If you're selected, you get an offer letter and start the onboarding.
