So, the interview process has three stages. First, Global HR screens you. Then, Local HR and the Metrix Manager interview you. Lastly, you meet with the Direct Supervisor and Country Director. The first HR screening is mostly about checking if you have the basic requirements, like knowing GIS software. The later interviews go into more depth on important stuff, like what you think about certain topics.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied through the job portal and got contacted fast for a first virtual interview, which lasted about an hour with 3 people, including the hiring manager. After that, I had to give examples of my past work and do 2 written tasks. Once I sent those in, I got invited to a second virtual interview. It was the same panel of 3 people, and they asked pretty much the same questions as the first interview. I didn't hear back after the second interview, so I had to follow up a bunch of times. I got a job offer about 3 months after the final interview.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for the Associate position through Idealist and heard back from HR pretty quickly to set up a phone interview. It was a screening call with basic questions about my background and why I'm interested in the company. Then, I had a single round of interviews all in one day. I met with the four senior members of the department, and one of them was on Skype from an international office. About a week later, I got the offer.
