The process was really great, I got to the final round which was the 4th out of 4. They were super professional and clear about everything. I spoke with HR first, then my potential manager and a coworker, and finally some senior folks from a different department.

Behavioral Technical Other

It was a really long process with no updates between interview rounds and weeks of silence. I had 3 interviews, did a personality test, and then got a generic rejection with no feedback. I asked for feedback but my email was ignored. One interview was super awkward because someone on the panel kept disappearing and wasn't listening or seemed to care. I wasn't given any time to ask questions in any round, which was bad. I felt like they already had an internal candidate, which made the whole thing a waste of time for everyone who applied.

Behavioral Other

I started with a HR recruiter from Kenya, but I never heard back from her. Then John reached out, informed me about the salary range, and asked if we could proceed. I agreed, but after a few weeks, I still hadn't received an interview invite. Following up with John, a woman named Linda eventually sent me a rejection email. This experience left a bad impression, and I feel the organization needs to improve its interview process; if they select someone, they shouldn't waste other candidates' time.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • The initial interview was a screening, and the interviewer wasn't tech-savvy, making me wonder how candidates were eliminated based on looks or fluency.
  • The interviewer asked about my appearance and speaking fluency.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied through the job portal and got contacted fast for a first virtual interview, which lasted about an hour with 3 people, including the hiring manager. After that, I had to give examples of my past work and do 2 written tasks. Once I sent those in, I got invited to a second virtual interview. It was the same panel of 3 people, and they asked pretty much the same questions as the first interview. I didn't hear back after the second interview, so I had to follow up a bunch of times. I got a job offer about 3 months after the final interview.
