Cool company and nice people, but the interview process wasn't stellar. Multiple rounds, not one interviewer had reviewed my resume before speaking with me. Didn't feel mutual - just answer questions, jump through tech hoops, and move onward to next round. Never discussed role specifics, comp band, culture, etc. Once you've made it through 3 rounds, they'll invite you to an onsite. The onsite is a challenging is more challenging than most FAANG interviews - one hour system design and an hour to go implement the system you just designed after.

I had a recruiter call, then got shortlisted and set up for my first round. Right before, the HR called and said we needed to reschedule because the panel was busy. It got rescheduled for the next day. The interview was a coding round. The interviewer first asked me to talk about my career and any technical complexities I've faced. I then explained my most recent project and its impact. He seemed to be on mute for a while with background noise, then unmuted and said 'I like stories, nice stories you make,' which felt pretty disrespectful. After that, we moved to the coding part. He insisted I code in Golang, even though it wasn't stated beforehand that it would be language-specific. After some time, he suggested rescheduling for when I'm more prepared in Golang. I felt it was a waste of time and declined the reschedule request.
