Cool company and nice people, but the interview process wasn't stellar. Multiple rounds, not one interviewer had reviewed my resume before speaking with me. Didn't feel mutual - just answer questions, jump through tech hoops, and move onward to next round. Never discussed role specifics, comp band, culture, etc. Once you've made it through 3 rounds, they'll invite you to an onsite. The onsite is a challenging is more challenging than most FAANG interviews - one hour system design and an hour to go implement the system you just designed after.

The first step was a screening call, which felt straightforward and conversational, more focused on understanding my background, interests, and alignment with the role. The second round was a panel-style call with two managers. The tone was casual and relaxed, with a strong focus on rapport, collaboration style, and how I approach leadership and problem-solving. Overall, the process felt approachable, conversational, and relationship-driven rather than overly formal. Did not make it to round 3.

I recently went through an interview process for an entry-level job that had four parts. First was a chat with the recruiter, who was a nice guy but might ghost you. Second, I talked to the direct supervisor, who was cool and explained the team and role clearly. Third, I met with the training leader, who was super nice and explained the training and daily operations. But the last interview with the senior director was the worst. She seemed totally checked out, like she hated her job. It felt like a totally different company. I guess that's why she might have been fired from her last job. It was a really weird mix of experiences throughout the process.

I applied to Rain Instant pay and the process took about 2 weeks. It was three interviews. The first was with the recruiter Chris who was fantastic at explaining everything and the process and kept me informed throughout. The second with Emma and she more so broke down the role and wanted to know more about my sales history and finally with Michelle who more so wanted to confirm up what me and the other interviewers had discussed and also find out a bit more about my sales history.
