I went through several interviews and a whole process. Everyone was really nice up until the final person I spoke with. They told me I needed to have a very specific kind of experience. It felt like if that was so crucial, they shouldn't have even contacted me in the first place, which would have saved us all time. It felt like a big time investment on my part, and I even put my current job at risk. I was told I was getting an offer, but then it all came down to this experience requirement.

The whole thing started with a Head Hunter, then I had some interviews with some European Managers, they weren't really that professional. After that, I had a skype call with some US Top Managers, and that was it. Interestingly, the Head Hunter and the General Manager and I, we all worked together at a previous company, and that General Manager was my boss for two years there.

I was contacted by a recruiter who was interested in a referral from a previous company coworker. They did a phone and 1 to 1 interview, and then set up an interview with the employer. The interview went alright. I had an interview with the corporate manager, director, HR, and general manager. I was there for more than 3 times.
