The interview process included an hour-long phone interview, followed by an in-person interview at the company. I spoke one-on-one with several members of the engineering department and the group manager. The entire on-site portion lasted about six hours. They asked about my background, my skills, and how I would fit in with the company. The manager seemed stiff and very business-focused, and the company culture didn't appear to be much fun. Everyone except the managers worked in cubicles, the place was silent, and nobody seemed to interact. The front door had a guard and a metal detector instead of a receptionist.

First, there was a phone interview screening. Then, a second phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had a face-to-face interview with 8 different people on site. This was followed by a tour of the facility. Then, I got an offer, with 2 weeks to decide. Finally, there was drug testing, college screening, and a background check. They are looking for management background, but if you don't fit the mold, they want to know why you won't fit in or be considered.
