Smooth interview process. Started with a DSA round, then moved on to coding, and finished with a managerial round where we discussed problem-solving. It covered Leetcode medium level questions and situation based questions. Also touched on some basics of React.js and Javascript.

It was easy enough to crack, but I found it quite difficult. So you really need to focus on your DSA skills to be able to ace the interview, which is mainly about OOPs and DSA.

So first, you apply with your resume and cover letter, and then HR or some software screens it. Then there's an initial phone or video call to check if you're qualified and interested. After that, you might have a skills test or assignment to see if you can actually do the job. The first real interview is in-person or video, focusing on your experience, tech skills, and if you'd fit in. Then, a second interview, also in-person or video, but with more people, digging deeper into your skills and how you'd handle situations. Finally, you meet with senior leaders in person to make sure you're a good cultural fit and generally suitable for the company. They'll also check your references to verify your work history. If all goes well, you get a job offer with details on salary, benefits, and start date, and you can try to negotiate it. Then comes onboarding with orientation and training.
